Our client provides an exceptional legal service to their clients and are currently seeking a friendly and organised Legal Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis. Job Description: As a Legal Receptionist / Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include: Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour. Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members. Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming. Scheduling appointments and maintaining the firm's calendar. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Providing general support to the legal team as needed. Qualifications: Legal background Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
