If you're driven by purpose and ready to contribute to a better future, we’d love to hear from you About the role We’re looking for an experienced sales ledger administrator to play a key role within our finance team delivering timely and accurate financial information. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, collaborative finance team where your expertise will be valued and your work will directly contribute to our success. If you thrive on variety, enjoy problem-solving, and love building strong relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you Within this varied role you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales ledger process, generate and issuing invoices, chasing debt and allocating payments. You will work closely with our clients to build strong relationships and ensure any queries are resolved and their accounts reconciliated. What you’ll actually do Generate and process client invoices Raise client statements Carry out credit checks Complete account reconciliations, chase missing invoices and payments Maintain accurate financial data in Xero Resolve client queries Support the team with chasing client debt Assist the Group Financial Controller with financial information required for the preparation of the management accounts and reporting We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match.
