Job Title: Employment Law Solicitor
The Role:
Our client, an ambitious and dynamic firm with a strong national presence, is seeking to recruit an Employment Law Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
We are looking for a qualified solicitor who can provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including but not limited to:
* Unfair dismissal
* Discrimination
* Redundancy
* TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment))
This role requires the successful candidate to have a deep understanding of employment law and be able to advise clients on various employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing legal advice on employment law issues
* Conducting research and staying up-to-date with changes in employment law
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality results
* Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of PQE in employment law
* Strong knowledge of employment law principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience
