Job Description
As Senior IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:
3. Processing new business from start through to completion
4. Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations
5. Assisting advisers with research and report writing
6. Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
7. Handling client's requests and queries
8. Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policy
9. Sending reports and investment information to clients
10. Accurately submitting data on the system for clients
11. Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
12. Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
13. Experience of report writing and research
14. Strong administration skill set
15. Great communication skills
16. Excellent attention to detail
17. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
18. Up to date with current FCA Legislation
19. Knowledge of various providers and software such as Intelligent Office (IO) and FE Analytics
