Due to client and company growth, we are looking to recruit a Customer Account Executive or a Customer Account Manager to support the Senior Account Manager in managing and building customer relationships and obtaining new business.
Starting Salary based on experience.
Must have own vehicle, as you will need to travel between sites.
Sites are only a few miles apart (10 minutes). Mileage is paid.
Under the guidance of the Senior Account Manager, your role will include, but not be limited to, the following:
* Operating as a main point of contact for assigned customers and for internal production staff.
* Communicating and briefing client requirements through the business and to the team leaders for production to execute.
* Managing and completing all tasks associated with client requirements including management of all stock and packaging to ensure it’s onsite for when production starts, and ensuring overstock has been dispatched after production has completed.
* Creating and issuing job specifications.
* Booking in and arranging transport/collections.
* Being present and on site when a new job is starting to sign off on first production, including hosting your customer if they wish to be present.
* Administration and data inputting tasks - including alcohol movements.
* Creating and printing labels for customers.
* Attending and presenting in client meetings.
The right candidate should:
* Be polite, friendly, have good verbal and written communication skills, and a positive attitude.
* Hold a full UK driver's license.
* Be confident and have a persuasive manner.
* Be highly organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Be customer-focused and have high-quality standards.
* Have good attention to detail.
* Have experience with Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Docs.
* Be patient and work well under pressure.
* Be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
* Be open and willing to learn.
* Be a problem solver and be able to prevent issues before they arise.
* Have a GCSE Grade 4 (Grade C) or above in English and Mathematics.

Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
