RG Consultancy are working closely with an excellent organisation who are looking for an experienced accounts/payroll clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent role, working in a medium sized team (approx 5 staff members) and will liaise with senior staff and the external accountants and team.
Duties will include:
* Bank reconciliations
* Assisting with month end duties (accruals and prepayments)
* Full end to end payroll using SAGE 50 (weekly and monthly)
* Dealing with pension queries
* PAYE, SSP/SMP/SPP, adoption and student loan deductions
* Deal with HMRC queries
* Reconcile control accounts to the general ledger
* Flexible start and finish times - 37.5 hours per week
