Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm)
Weekly Salary: £425 to £450

Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join a highly respected specialist SEN school in Coventry as a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant. This school provides a unique and nurturing learning environment for students aged 7 to 19, supporting those with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs (SEMH), vision impairments, and physical disabilities.

Your Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASC, SEMH, and additional complex needs.
* Assist in core subjects such as English and Maths, under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Foster a structured, inclusive, and engaging learning environment tailored to individual needs.
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral staff to support students' progress.
* Maintain records and contribute to individual learning and development plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
* Experience working with children with SEN or an understanding of additional needs (desirable).
* A genuine passion for supporting young people with diverse needs.
* A clear enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
* A Full UK driving licence (desirable).
