Job summary South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity within the Specialist Hip and Knee team to appoint one full time (10 PAs) fixed term locum consultant surgeon to start as soon as possible, this will for a period of one year. We are looking for an experienced surgeon to support with hip and knee arthroplasty. The post will also involve a trauma week one full week every 16 weeks. Main duties of the job As part of the Specialist Hip and Knee Unit you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care and highly specialised surgical management. In addition, you will undertake audit, research and quality improvement work to ensure ongoing commitment to patient safety and clinical quality.
