Customer Service Advisor – Engineering Industry
Location: Bedford
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Contract: Permanent
Work Environment: Office-based
Our client, a well-established engineering company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fully office-based role, where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and resolving queries efficiently.
* Support customers using SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows, and eCommerce platforms.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
* Assist with technical troubleshooting related to digital platforms and software.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service Advisor or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows, and eCommerce platforms.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
* A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
