Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
* Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
* Support team members with clerical tasks to enhance productivity.
* Ensure that office supplies are well-stocked and equipment is maintained.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
