The role:We have been transforming lives for more than half a century, over this time we have successfully grown our services and developed strong relationships with our stakeholders, partners, and suppliers. We have ambitious plans, and we aim to continue to strengthen our activity and grow to support more clients in the future. We currently manage just over 900 units (living accommodation). As a landlord we have the responsibility to repair and maintain our properties. In this role as an Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for our residents, and staff, to report problems or repairs related to our properties. You will also deal on a daily basis with our Maintenance Operatives and external contractors and raise and chase the status of orders issued to them to carry out the required work. In addition, you will also provide any administration duties which arise within the Asset Management Team, including reporting, but also ensure that our properties when they become vacant are turned around within the required timescales so they can be relet, and ensuring that we inspect our properties and service equipment within the required timescales.This is also a hybrid role, with the majority of the working week being based in our office, Bradmere House, Leatherhead. We’re ideally looking for:• Someone with experience of working in a customer services environment.• Someone who has experience of working within a housing or maintenance sector.• Has a knowledge of repairs and maintenance.• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, especially telephone and email.• Good IT skills, especially using Microsoft packages.• Can work as part of a team and can prioritise workloads.Tick most but not all the boxes?
