Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented Private Client Solicitor (NQ-5 years PQE) to join our client, a welcoming and busy law firm near High Wycombe. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive private client department, managing a diverse caseload and playing a key role within the firm. Key Responsibilities: Wills Drafting : Advise clients and draft wills tailored to individual needs. Probate Management : Handle the full probate process, managing estates efficiently and with care. Trusts & Estate Planning : Provide advice on trust structures and estate planning, with a strong understanding of trust mechanisms. Powers of Attorney : Advise on and draft powers of attorney, ensuring clients' needs are fully supported. Client Relationship Management : Act as a lead advisor for clients, building and maintaining lasting client relationships. Corporate Protection : Experience in corporate protection would be a plus, supporting business owners with estate planning for their companies. Required Experience: Qualified Private Client Solicitor. Strong private client experience, with the ability to manage cases independently. Experience with wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney. Self-motivated and proactive, able to work confidently without requiring extensive support.
