Job Description: Team Leader
Do you have strong leadership skills and a passion for the automotive industry? Reporting to the Shift Manager/OEM Supervisor, the Team Leader will be responsible for all OEM containments at the Logistics warehouse and leading and coaching a team of Quality Inspectors when there is no OEM work.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to work within our Quality Management team. Working on-site at one of our most remarkable Automotive Clients, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervising the team
2. Supporting the Shift Manager with achievements and expectations
3. Carrying out & running containments
4. Overseeing inspection area when required
5. Supporting on the setup of customer projects
6. Communication between the team, Shift Manager, and Plant Manager
7. Training & auditing live containments
8. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency
The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong leadership experience within a Manufacturing/Warehouse/Automotive type environment
* An automotive background would be desirable but any manufacturing background would be considered as long as the individual has strong leadership skills
* You will be organised, resilient, and have the ability to think outside the box
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: 13.00 per hour + 25% of hourly wage per hour after 10pm

Weekly Rotating shifts - Monday - Friday
* Dayshift - 06:00am - 14:00pm
* Afternoons - 14:00pm - 22:00pm
* Nights - 22:00pm - 06:00am
Expected start date: Immediate
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
