You will be responsible for Provide expert advice and guidance on programme delivery (mentoring other TPMs and supporting Engineering/Product teams) Regular team meetings and one to ones with TPMs (Product Managers are taking part in these meetings too) Working on resource management process to ensure the team has got skills and resource capacity to deliver the programme Working on workplace practices and their adoption across the product, programme, engineering and service areas Use experience and influencing skills to drive consensus with the Engineering and Product teams to obtain the best value and solution Governance meetings for complex programmes (Microsoft 365, Identity, Endpoint Solutions and Services, Voice and Video) involving engineering and product leads Foresee potential risks and issues, establish a process, facilitate discussion and manage escalations You will need Programme Management Stakeholder Management Programme/Portfolio Management Communicating and Influencing Broad technical understanding of the complete technology stack including workplace, collaboration, voice and video technologies.
