Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Service Manager – Facilities Management / HVAC will involve:
1. Overseeing the maintenance and remedial works for underfloor air conditioning systems
2. Responsible for the management of the engineering resource calendar
3. Ensuring works are scheduled with a logistical approach to engineer site attendance and time management
4. Organising proactive service visits, reports, invoices and remedial quotations
5. Coordinating the provision of engineer uniforms and PPE, ensuring stock levels are maintained
6. Sending booking reminders to clients for upcoming scheduled visits, ensuring that access has been arranged for allocated sites
The ideal applicant will be a Service Manager – Facilities Management / HVAC with:
1. Experience in facilities management or the HVAC market sector
2. Experience working as Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Service Desk Coordinator, Help Desk Coordinator, Facilities Manager etc.
3. Ideally have experience managing teams of 10-15 Engineers
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
5. IT literate (Microsoft Office)
6. Highly organised with excellent time management skills
