Job summary To provide administration support to the Primary Care Team to support the implementation and delivery of commissioning functions of primary care services (GP Practices, Dental Practices, Optometry Services and Community Pharmacy services) as delegated to the ICB on behalf of NHS England. This role is a 12-month fixed term position to provide additional coordination and support to the team during a period of maternity leave. The role is predominantly agile/home base working, working Monday to Friday which will require the post holder to work self-motivating and resilient. There will be times that the post holder will be expected to travel to one of our offices for team working and meetings or attend practice manager at other BSW locations when needed. Responsible for updating and maintaining key primary care contact lists, distribution lists, and any local primary care registers through regular auditing Responsible for supporting the team with meetings and monitor and update action trackers and related meeting paperwork in accordance with deadlines Coordinating and booking people on PCC Training courses. Monitor Complaints received and ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately in accordance with policy, resolving where possible and escalating to line manager when appropriate. Word processing documents, letters, emails, minutes and reports when required. Post holder must have a standard level of keyboard skills and able to use Microsoft Office programmes. Able to work on own initiative and unsupervised, within defined policies and procedures to set timescales Have a flexible/adaptable approach to their work in order to meet various deadlines Inputting into, monitoring and printing reports from computerised systems/ web pages e.g. Teams Net.
