Your role and responsibilities This role will see you working within the waste team to improve waste and recycling services, increase customer satisfaction and improve environmental outcomes. Projects will include; raising awareness about waste reduction and recycling, through our social media platforms, face to face events and other communication channels. Be part of a dedicated team researching and analysing data, as well as planning, implementing and monitoring initiatives to move waste up the hierarchy and improve our services. work closely with team members to develop campaigns and manage our social media platforms developing messages to Suffolk residents on how to manage their rubbish, encourage them to reduce, reuse and recycle their rubbish look at ways to improve our recycling and waste services to Suffolk residents. With support you will manage our social media platforms and work as part of project teams on campaigns and initiatives such as our Food Savvy Campaign and promoting our recycling centre service. You will also work as part of a team on other waste reduction campaigns such as home composting and our refill and repair campaigns. You will need experience and passion for creating digital content including social media passion for recycling and having a positive impact on our environment experience of communicating a range of messages to various audiences.
