Head of History and Politics - Role Overview:
* Lead History and Politics teaching across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
* Develop and deliver a relevant, engaging curriculum that inspires students to become ethical citizens.
* Ensure excellent outcomes, with 2024 results including:
o 100% A-C in A-Level History & Politics*
o 98% Grades 9-4 in GCSE History
* Manage departmental planning, assessment, and budget, ensuring alignment with school strategies.

Head of History and Politics - Requirements
* QTS (or equivalent) and a strong academic background in History and Politics.
* Proven success in teaching A-Level Politics and GCSE History.
