As a Production Lead, you will provide strong leadership and technical expertise across production operations. The Role Key Responsibilities Leadership: Lead and manage frontline teams, driving accountability and performance. Cultivate a strong health, safety, and well-being culture. Collaborate with Planning Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams to meet operational goals. Act as a key escalation point during incidents, providing on-call support. People Management: Drive the development and competency of your team through training, mentoring, and coaching. Conduct performance management and ensure alignment with company policies TechnicalExpertise: Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards, producing risk assessments and method statements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Oversee maintenance plans, statutory inspections, and data accuracy. Support delivery of capital schemes and manage operational projects. Cultural Development: Embed a culture of professionalism, performance, and pace. Champion root cause analysis, lessons learned, and continuous improvement. Promote high site standards, operational excellence, and a business mindset. What Were Looking For Proven experience in production operations, team leadership, and performance management. Strong technical expertise in Operations, health and safety, water quality,compliance, and asset management. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
