We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team.
This varied role will be responsible for external marketing efforts, customer communications, and maintaining a vibrant internal culture.
Key responsibilities: External Marketing: Manage the marketing websites Work with our existing agencies.
Develop, manage and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
Manage and grow our social media presence.
Support sales and marketing by commissioning and creating content.
Manage and run a series of webinars.
Customer Communications: Produce communications and content for existing customers.
Develop a brand character for LIVE IT and Bookitbee.
Act as the customers ambassador within LIVE IT.
Internal Culture Building: Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
Organize internal events and team-building activities.
Collaborate with HR on employee engagement initiatives.
About you: Proven experience in community management, marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
Experience in organizing events and engaging diverse teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
