As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will:
1. Provide tailored support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, both individually and in small groups.
2. Build trusting, supportive relationships with students to understand their challenges and needs.
3. Work alongside teachers and staff to develop and implement effective support strategies.
4. Assist in creating and delivering personalized learning plans.
5. Track student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly.
6. Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience working with children with SEN and SEMH needs.
2. Be skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with students and staff.
