Job Details:
* Welcoming guests, checking guests in and out, and advising on hotel facilities.
* Point of contact for guests, answering telephones, making reservations, and reconciling shifts.
* Experience in a hotel reception role, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of Opera is advantageous but not essential, with full training provided.
