EF Oxford International Language Campus is seeking an organised and proactive Academic Coordinator to join our team for summer 2025.
* Fixed-term, full-time
* 5 or 6 days per week
* £503.36/week for 5 days or £604.04/week for 6 days
* CELTA/Trinity/CertTESOL required

Responsibilities
* Oversee class scheduling and student timetabling
* Assist with placement testing and student intake processes
* Monitor student attendance and ensure policy compliance
* Support teachers with academic administration and classroom resources
* Coordinate weekly academic reports and ensure students receive certificates
* Assist students with academic queries and exam bookings
* Maintain accurate academic records and data management within Jobvite
* Cover classes for absent teachers
* Work closely with the Director of Academics and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
* CELTA / Trinity CertTeSOL (or equivalent) minimum
* University degree or equivalent
* Passionate and professional
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal databases
* All offers are subject to a clean background check and two references
* Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
* C2 level of English
