We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Organisational Development and Talent Manager to join our HR team at Stoke-on-Trent City Council. As a key lead for the implementation of the council's Workforce Strategy, you will deliver effective workforce planning and development, learning and development, and organisation development solutions, that support the council to deliver the priorities within its Corporate Strategy. You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of organisational development processes and interventions which embed transformation and culture change and will also have extensive experience in building workforce planning frameworks and associated learning and development strategies. You are a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with ease.
