CRANSWICK Prepared Poultry - HU7 IN HULL IS LOOKING TO RECRUIT LINE LEADER FOR DAYS AND NIGHTS: 4 on/4 off, 6 am till 6 pm - DAY SHIFT
Job Purpose:
As a Line Leader, you will have operational responsibility to deliver the daily plan. Leading a small production team, you will work with the Area Leader to create a positive working environment, where your team is able to achieve the site strategy. You will achieve this by leading a production team in manufacturing products that exceed customer expectations whilst adhering to all required standards, meeting, and exceeding quality standards, achieving targets on time and in full, within budget whilst behaving in a safe manner, ensuring Food Safety and maintaining hygiene standards.

1. Days: £14.23 per hour
2. Nights: £15.23
3. Overtime: £21.34
4. Working Hours: 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am
5. Shift: 4 on 4 off

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance and leadership to the line
2. Ensuring compliance with all system-based processes and procedures within the department
3. To ensure continuity of standards
4. To deliver smooth production
5. Maintain the highest health and safety standards
6. Ensure waste is kept to a minimum and second nature is the forefront of the operation
7. Any other responsibilities commensurate with the post. Any other reasonable requests made by the Directors
8. Ensure that you understand and adhere to your personal responsibilities with regard to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 or Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order SI 1978/1039
9. Take reasonable care for your own and others' health and safety while at work.
