Job summary The post holder will be responsible for the line management of the admin team in the delivery of admin provision to the service. The post holder will work closely with the team manager to ensure admin provision is effective in supporting the service needs and delivery against performance targets. The postholder will be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and will be required to devise, implement and monitor admin systems to maximise efficiency of time and resources. The postholder will be able to work proactively to process all referrals and waiting lists in agreed timescales to ensure compliance against key performance indicators. The postholder will report to the administration manager. Provide general administration duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, printing, scanning and other ad hoc administration duties.
