Your new role
* Assist in the selection and procurement of products.
* Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new product opportunities.
* Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Support the Senior Buyer in developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
* Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform buying decisions.
* Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market trends.
* Participate in product development meetings and provide input on product assortments.
* Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a buying or merchandising role, preferably in lingerie, swimwear, or nightwear.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
* Familiarity with retail buying processes and inventory management systems.
