We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR and Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the company remains compliant with all training requirements and serve as the point of contact for all staff training needs. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to follow up with team members and managers to ensure timely completion of training programs. Key Responsibilities : Ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements, including maintaining up-to-date records and certifications for all employees using Workforce. Serve as the main point of contact for any training enquiries or requests from staff and managers. Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions across the business. Monitor and track staff training progress, sending reminders and chasing information where necessary. Produce regular reports on training completion and compliance for senior management. Collaborate with Regional Managers and Centre Managers to identify training needs and ensure these are addressed in a timely manner. Liaise with external training providers and manage training-related documentation. Assist the HR team with other administrative tasks, such as onboarding, performance reviews, and maintaining HR records. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a training or HR setting. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Confident in chasing for information and ensuring deadlines are met. Ability to produce clear and concise reports for management. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using Workforce is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff at all levels. Conscious of handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality at all times. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Fixed term contract for 3 months. 16 hours per week, 4 hours per day over 4 days. Hybrid role, commutable to Whiteley Centre.
