We’re looking for a commercially-minded Product Manager to join Zoopla’s sales enablement team, focused on transforming our internal sales tooling and operational processes to better enable our sales organisation. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, engineering, and operations, owning the product strategy and execution for Salesforce and related internal platforms. This is a critical role in Zoopla’s journey to deliver More Motivated Movers by improving the operational backbone that enables our commercial teams to better serve agents and developers. You’ll be laser-focused on driving efficiency, removing friction, and delivering impactful internal experiences that scale with the business. What you'll be doing Own and deliver our internal sales tooling vision Manage our Salesforce and associated tooling evolution to support an efficient, data-driven, and scalable sales operation. Define a clear roadmap and prioritise initiatives that improve the usability, adoption and effectiveness of tools across the sales lifecycle – from lead to billing. Collaborate closely with sales leaders and frontline users to deeply understand their workflows, pain points and strategic goals. Work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial operations, marketing, and finance to deliver integrated solutions that serve real business needs. Use a mix of qualitative insight and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and shape product decisions. Facilitate structured discovery processes and lead test-and-learn cycles to de-risk investment and optimise impact.
