Responsibilities include:
1. Initiate outbound communication with potential leads through various channels.
2. Conduct research to identify potential leads within target industries and markets.
3. Utilise tools and platforms to gather information about companies and decision-makers.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
5. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups.
6. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
7. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
8. Maintain accurate records of interactions on the CRM system.
9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
10. Provide insights into market trends and customer preferences to enhance strategies.
The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients via telephone and email. Candidates with experience as a Customer Service Executive, Telesales Assistant, or Sales Administrator are encouraged to apply. Self-motivation and articulation are essential. Some SAP knowledge is beneficial but not required; familiarity with CRM tools is necessary.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must for this role.
