Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will handle key administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the team to focus on business growth. Your responsibilities will include processing Statements of Work (SoWs), obtaining Purchase Order (PO) numbers, updating Salesforce, and coordinating sales documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support the sales team with all administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations. Obtain and manage Purchase Order (PO) numbers from clients. Process Statements of Work (SoWs) and ensure timely approvals. Maintain and update records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Coordinate contract documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Liaise with internal teams (finance, legal, and operations) to facilitate smooth sales processes. Assist in generating reports and tracking sales performance metrics Requirements Proven experience in a sales administration or similar support role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Knowledge of purchase order processing and contract administration. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth coordination with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant sales tools.
