We are looking to welcome a Warehouse Operations Team Leader, day-shift, to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team in Cardiff.
Your remit will be to ensure excellence in the daily running of fulfilment unit operations by assigning duties to co-workers, communicating objectives, and coaching the team.
Expected Starting Date: July
WHAT WE OFFER
This role offers a starting salary of £26,000 per annum, based on competence & experience.
39 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends.
Working hours are between 8am - 9pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* Relevant experience in retail and/or logistics roles.
* At least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record.
* Skills in delegation, feedback, and business-minded approach.
* Good computer skills and ability to communicate confidently in English.
* Problem-solving experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Lead the Fulfilment Operations team to ensure high goods availability and operational readiness at minimal costs.
* Recruit, develop, and retain talent within the team.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.
* Ensure efficient daily operations, contribute to goal achievement, and support local business plans.
* Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
