A leading national firm is looking for an ambitious Residential Development Associate or Managing Associate to join their growing team in Leeds. THE OPPORTUNITY
The housing development team cover all aspects of property development, with a particular focus on dealing with residential developments for national and regional developers, with sites throughout the country. As an Associate or Managing Associate in this team, you will carry out a broad range of work advising residential developers on land acquisitions, site assembly, planning, construction, development funding, disposals, estate management and related issues.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
· Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE (Associate) or 6+ years' PQE (Managing Associate).
· Ideally experience in residential development land acquisitions, although general development experience would be useful and adaptable.
· A good team player who is adept at working to challenging timescales and deadlines.
· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues nationally.
· A strong commercial acumen and willing to take part in business development.
· Strong attention to detail.
