What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working in a coating plant, powder coating, or similar industrial setting
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
The Role: Preparing and coating metal components to required specifications
Operating coating plant equipment safely and efficiently
Quality checking finished products for consistency and finish
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting the team to meet production targets and deadlines
