The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
1. Account management offering support, knowledge, and excellent service to referring panel, adhering to SLA’s and exceeding commitments made.
2. Seek and develop trusted relationships with decision makers and agency consultants.
3. Agree on any incentives, rebates, income targets, and changes with the Sales Management Team.
4. Try different approaches to generate further sales leads and continuously grow wallet share and profit.
5. Identify opportunities through effective need/find analysis and seek to develop trusted relationships with decision makers and agency consultants.
6. Using appropriate means of outbound communication (telephone, email, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) maintain regular contact with agencies to generate sales leads.
7. Proactively post on LinkedIn to maintain industry presence.
8. Create opportunity planners for each new agency, looking at potential and escalating to the business.
9. Enter all contacts and company details and appropriate data on CRM.
10. Maintain a detailed and accurate knowledge of products and services offered.
11. Obtain agency feedback to be aware of threats and opportunities and ensure the Company is in a ‘first mover’ position to exploit opportunities with agencies, competitors, or market intelligence.
12. Undertake other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Qualifications
1. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
2. Demonstrated sales success.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. CRM experience is preferred.
5. Ideally a payroll background.
