We’re currently searching for a fantastic Team Leader to join us in leading our brand-new ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) rehabilitation residential service in Ellesmere Port, Knot House. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a brand-new service opening in February 2025 with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people As a Team Leader with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervisions and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager.
