- Hourly Rate £12.65; sleep nights are paid at £50.00 per night
- It is essential that you hold a full UK or EU or Designated Country Driving Licence as the person you will be supporting ask that you are able to drive their mobility vehicles.
We are looking for a proactive, confident, engaging and caring person to join a close-knit support team in Radstock. You will be supporting 'Tom', a gentleman in his late 40's, with a learning disability, autism and specific sensory needs. With your support, Tom lives his best life - the life that he chooses to live.
To be part of Tom's support team, you will need to follow his support plan closely and be able to work well with a team of supportive professionals to minimise behaviours of distress that Tom can experience. It is essential that you are able to drive so you can support Tom to access the places he enjoys.

Shifts: Tom's team work across a 7-day rota, which covers both day shifts and sleep-in shifts, to ensure his needs are met in a way that makes him feel safe and secure.
