As an Estate Services Relief Team Operative, you'll provide cover for Caretakers on site who are currently on annual leave/off sick. You'll be at the heart of maintaining the appearance and safety of our estates. Working closely with other team members, you'll provide support and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Your role will also involve identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing any concerns that arise. You're organised, proactive, and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
