Group Operations Support Manager - Boutique Fitness - London Circa £60,000 bonus benefits We are looking for a Group Operations Support Manager for a growing boutique fitness operator who has ambitious growth plans on a global scale. This newly created role will ensure their club management teams are supported to deliver consistent operating standards and achieve their KPI’s whilst supporting their people strategy from recruitment to training, instilling a culture of service excellence and drive for results. The Ideal candidate Passionate about people, service, standards and fitness with the gravitas and a personality to inspire others. Multi-site senior leadership experience within the commercial fitness industry, possibly as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Cluster Manager or Senior General Manager ready to step up. Experience in taking a business through change both culturally and operationally with evidence of projects undertaken. Have a working understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, appraisals and performance management. Able to commute into central London each working day.
