Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality tutoring in English and Maths subjects at GCSE level
* Develop tailored lesson plans and learning materials to support student progress
* Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their understanding
* Monitor and track student performance to identify areas for improvement
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant degree in English, Maths, or Education
* GCSE qualifications in English and Maths at grade A*-C
* Teaching or tutoring experience in English and Maths subjects

Teaching or tutoring experience in English and Maths subjects
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum for English and Maths
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in delivering online tutoring
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work in a learners home
* Collaborate with other educators and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
