Key Stage 2 Learning Support Assistant Monarch Education are working closely with an Ofsted rated 'GOOD' primary school in the Dudley area who are looking for an experienced Key Stage 2 Learning Support Assistant to join their nurturing and welcoming team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role is set to commence in January 2025 and will conclude in July 2025. Ideally, the school is looking for a qualified experienced member of staff. The school are looking for an individual who can build positive relationships between staff and pupils and create a conducive learning environment. The school is eager to appoint a LSA who adopts a nurturing approach to learning and development, ensuring these relationships are maintained. Salary-£83.33-£100 Daily Main Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 intervention for children leading up to SAT's. Working closely with the class teacher to create a safe a nurturing environment Assist in the planning and delivery of a range of stimulating and educational activities to ensure all children reach their full academic potential.
