Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for a senior staff nurse to become part of the leadership team at the Elizabeth ward and contribute to a multidisciplinary team ethos to improve and drive forward innovations in patient care. The ward consists of mixed sex beds and is led by a very approachable Ward Manager supported by three Sisters. The ward is a Dementia friendly with a Consultant specialising in different aspects of care for frail and elderly with complex discharges. The care delivered is of a very high standard and the whole team work closely to ensure all patient experience is positive. Elizabeth ward received a national award of the ELDER QUALITY MARK from Royal College of Psychiatrist (RCP) in recognition of the support the whole team provides to older people.
