The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per session.
Shaftesbury West provides person-centred care and support, enabling adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia, to live as independently as possible. They offer three independent living services, ranging from daytime to 24-hour sleep-in care and support.
