Client Success Host - Receptionist - Front of House
Head South Hair are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Success Host - Receptionist to join our Client Experience Team at our salon located in the heart of Battersea on Northcote Road. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, a commitment to deliver excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic salon environment.
This is a TIME-SENSITIVE POSITION, you will be required to open the Salon at 8:40 am - Applicants MUST live within a 30-minute walking distance or 20 mins commuting time.
Availability to work FULL SHIFT on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays is required.
Part-time 3 to 4 days a week.
Previous experience or knowledge in the hairdressing/beauty industry is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiency, proactivity and organisation are key requirements for this role.
* Customer Success: Engage with clients in person, via phone, and virtually, to fully understand their needs and proactively book services. Ensure a superb experience from the moment clients enter the salon until they leave, including an efficient post-service follow-up. Always apply the Head South customer service methodology to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Appointment Booking: Manage the appointment system efficiently and accurately, ensuring clear and effective communication to maximise stylist availability. Ensure booking fees are collected promptly.
* Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to client messages efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance.
* Transactions: Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity.
* Social Media: Assist the Social Media Manager in content creation and social media interactions.
* Salon Presentation: Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and assist other staff members throughout the day to maintain a clean and organised atmosphere.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proactive, efficient and a can do attitude.
* Advanced/Fluent English is required - If English is not your first language you must demonstrate a high level of proficiency with advanced customer experience vocabulary.
* Previous experience in customer success is required
* Previous experience/knowledge in the hairdressing/beauty industry is desirable.
* High school diploma or relevant work experience.
* Positive and proactive working attitude.
* Confident, polite, effective, and friendly.
* Well-versed in social media, (Instagram and TikTok).
