Responsibilities: As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of support and delivery by: Collaborating with the IT Support Team to offer quality support/customer service across the group. Performing in-depth analysis, diagnosis, and speedy resolution of client device/software issues. Managing end-to-end support and communication on assigned technical issues. Leading collaboration activities with other technical areas to provide the right solution. Keeping key stakeholders updated throughout the lifecycle of any incident. Managing the InTune environment for users and devices. Responsible for starter/leaver life cycle Adhering to best practices, especially around Cyber Security. Proactively contributing to developing the ITSM tool through best practice use and keeping the knowledge base up to date. Working closely with users at all levels to ensure they are always supported. Opportunity to travel to other office locations. Essential Experience: Experience within a service desk or application support environment. Remote support experience. Proven ability to work within a high-pressure, customer-focused environment. High-level experience with MS Office, Microsoft 365 admin centre including Exchange online, and Windows 10/11. Microsoft AD user management Experience with Intune user/device management. Strong understanding of end users and the ability to communicate technical instructions in a non-technical way. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and investigation skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner. Ability to take ownership and manage issues to resolution. Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team. Experience with an ITSM tool Preferred Experience: Virtual desktop support (AVD). In-depth M365 Admin portal experience including Cyber Security/Defender, Secure Score, and SIEM.
