Lecturer in Microcontrollers & Programming (Temporary Role) Location: FE College - South West London Hours: 30 Hours per Week Rate: £40 per hour PAYE / £45 per hour Umbrella Contract: Temporary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lecturer in Microcontrollers & Programming to join a leading FE college in South West London on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled educator with FE teaching experience and expertise in microcontrollers and programming. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching in microcontrollers and programming Support students in developing their technical and practical skills Plan, assess, and evaluate course materials to ensure effective learning outcomes Contribute to curriculum development and innovation in the subject area Provide academic and pastoral support to students as needed Essential Requirements: Previous FE teaching experience Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or PIC) and programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++) Relevant degree or industry experience in a related field A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one) Excellent communication and organisational skills Desirable: Experience in embedded systems or IoT applications Industry experience in electronics, automation, or software development How to Apply: Please apply or send your CV Eden Brown Synergy is an equal opportunities employer.
