Job Title: Repairs Administrator

A position has arisen for an Administrator within a leading social housing contractor based in Widnes.
This is a permanent contract.
Your duties will include:
1. Raise repair and maintenance work onto the system.
2. Monitor and respond to emails.
3. Raise and complete Purchase Orders.
4. Track repair orders.
5. Liaise with in-house repairs teams.
6. Accurately update and maintain CRM.
Essential requirements:
1. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong customer service and organisational skills.
3. Attention to detail with administration.
