We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Consultant to join us, to build and own our 360-talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Development: Identify and approach prospective clients, foster long-term relationships, and develop a robust client base.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Use our database, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source high-quality candidates.
3. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate skills, and match candidates to client requirements.
4. Negotiation: Handle negotiations on job offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth process for both client and candidate.
5. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering an exceptional level of service.
6. Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salaries, and competitor activity to offer expert advice.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience of Bullhorn or similar platform.
2. Proven experience as a 360 recruiter or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
3. Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and manage your own client portfolio.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
6. Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
