Team – Retention
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth or Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
Client management of a defined portfolio of Vitality Health’s largest SME clients in terms of both membership and API. Responsible for driving Vitality promotion and engagement in the SME workplace within the portfolio as well as renewing the annual PMI contract alongside developing a tri-party relationship between the client, intermediary, and Vitality.
Key Actions:
1. Negotiation and renewal of the annual SME contracts.
2. Creation and delivery of an annual client wellness promotional strategy.
3. Day-to-day relationship with SME clients for queries and escalations.
4. Build strong relationships with a broker panel.
5. Arrange own workload to include daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
6. Responsibility for weekly reporting to SME Client Management TM which highlights achievements as well as any key concerns.
Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
1. Proven oral and written communication skills.
2. Experience and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying roles and expertise, both externally and internally.
3. Basic working knowledge of applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and computer literacy.
4. Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or account management environment, ideally within the SME/Corporate market.
5. Desire to be a strong character but also a team member.
6. Ability to demonstrate a strong passion for the Vitality product and brand.
7. Experience of managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines.
8. Experience of managing internal departments and cross-functional agendas.
Desirable:
1. Prior SME retention experience within Vitality Health.
2. Basic working knowledge of Heal 2.0.
3. CII IF7 Exam.
4. CII 790 Exam.
5. Excel/PowerPoint qualifications.
