As Employee Experience Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our colleagues' journey from the moment they join to the day they retire. This role is crucial in driving cultural transformation that aligns with our values: Courage and Curiosity, Trust and Kindness, and "All Together Healthier." Reporting to our Head of L&D in our People / Human Resources team, you will lead initiatives in diversity and inclusion (D&I), and health and wellbeing, ensuring these core values are embedded in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Health & Wellbeing: Lead initiatives to improve colleagues' physical, financial, social, and mental wellbeing, aligned with our "All Together Healthier" value.
2. D&I Strategy: Create and implement a strategy that fosters an inclusive culture, reflecting our commitment as a B Corp.
3. Colleague Experience Mapping: Work closely with HR colleagues to design and implement an optimal colleague experience journey, enhancing each stage from onboarding to retirement.
4. Data-Driven Insights: Present regular, actionable insights to leadership, using data to improve colleague engagement and the overall work environment.
5. Communication & Partnerships: Work closely with internal communications and our network of partners to support our wellbeing, D&I, and engagement strategies.
